Ask the Paint Doctor
Bruce grew into his role as “the Paint Doctor” by giving presentations each year at local and regional paint and finishing trade association meetings. At these meetings, he trained new and advanced painters about paint applicators and how to use them correctly. In 2006, Bruce was acknowledged for his efforts with the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) Associate Member of the Year Award. Bruce Schneider, aka, The Paint Doctor has been in the industry
for more than 30 years. He started as a painter in Chicago and
served a formal apprenticeship at the Washburn Trade School.
Bruce came to Purdy in 1989 and has served a number of
functions.
